Hotel Information

We highly recommend booking your stay at Hyatt Place Chapel Hill/Southern Village, conveniently located just a 10-minute car ride from the conference venue and an 8-minute walk from grocery stores and restaurants. We will provide a free shuttle service from the hotel to the venue in the morning and from campus back to the hotel in the evening on March 1, 2025.

UNC-CH is holding 13 Standard King rooms at $189.00 and 12 Double Queen rooms at $199.00 until January 31, 2025. Please note that guests will not be able to make reservations in the group block after this date.
