      September 6-January 6, 2013, A Season of Japan. This fall, the Ackland Art Museum celebrates myriad aspects of Japanese art and culture through ten unique exhibitions and installations of art from the Museum's collection, as well as art from prominent private collections. All told, A SEASON OF JAPAN showcases more than six centuries of creativity.
